Well folks, it’s that time of the year when the love bug comes out to bite. I don’t know about you, but the only thing I’m biting into is some chocolate. Valentine’s Day seems to be one of those holidays that gets a lot of people depressed but I’ve decided to make a checklist to help you have the best Valentine’s Day, whether you’ve got galentines, a valentine or yourself.
- Buy or Make a Valentines Day Card
- Bake something sweet
- Give/Receive flowers (go buy some for yourself, you deserve it)
- Light a candle
- Listen to a Valentine’s day playlist
- Wear your good lingerie
- Grab a drink
- Make Dinner or Book a Reservation
- Wear something red (FYI pink is technically a red)
- Watch a Rom-Com
- Eat Chocolate, duh
- Have a Spa day
- Tell Someone you Love Them
- Kiss someone you love (or something, pets count too)
Obviously, you don’t have to do all of these but it sure is fun to make the most out of the holiday no matter the situation. I really hope you have a Happy Valentine’s Day! Thanks for reading my loves.
